It started in one room on Anaiyur Road
In 2014, Aravind Kumar rented a single room above a print shop, bought one camera on instalments, and photographed his first wedding for a neighbour who could not afford anyone else. There was no crew, no studio and no plan beyond doing that one wedding properly.
Twelve years later WeStudioz occupies a full floor in Koodal Nagar with a dedicated newborn suite, a cinematic unit, a drone team and an in-house print room. Along the way we have photographed more than 520 weddings and 900 newborns across Madurai, Dindigul, Theni, Sivagangai, Virudhunagar and destinations across India.
What has not changed is the working principle from that first wedding: a photograph should feel the way the moment felt. We would rather wait four minutes for a real expression than direct one in four seconds.
The other thing that has not changed is who we are for. We photograph families from every part of Madurai, on budgets of every size. The care is the same whether you have booked our smallest newborn session or a five-day wedding.
Four things we do not compromise on
Time
We book fewer sessions per week than we could, so nothing is rushed. A newborn session runs three hours because that is how long a newborn takes.
Safety
Every newborn session has a dedicated spotter, a heated set and sanitised props. No photograph is worth a shortcut here.
Consistency
You are buying eight hundred images, not twenty. Our galleries are graded to a single look, start to finish.
Honesty
Travel, extra hours and album upgrades are quoted before you book. There is no invoice at the end with a surprise on it.

Certified in newborn posing and safety, with over 900 newborn sessions. Runs our Little Luxe suite and every safety protocol in it.

Films our weddings like short features. Colour grades everything himself and refuses to let a frame leave uncorrected.

Builds our sets, sources the couture gowns and art-directs every themed shoot that leaves the studio.
